• 12 Year Head Coach with RIT Women’s Hockey Team (Division I & Division III) Coach
  McDonald led RIT with his the record All-Time Wins Leader at 205. In 2012 McDonald
  helped lead his team to the NCAA DIII National Champion. In 2011 & 2012 ECAC West
  Champions and 2014 & 2015 CHA Champions. Through Coach McDonalds time at RIT he
  led RIT to four NCAA Division III & Division I Tournament appearances (2007, 2011, 2012,
• Assistant Coach with RIT Men’s Hockey & Utica College’s Men’s Hockey Team
• Four year Division I Player at Niagara University and continued Professional Playing
  Career Professionally in Sweden
